Staging sites for client review
Clone a live website and its database to a staging hostname, hidden from search engines, with its own free certificate*. Clients review over HTTPS, you push changes when they sign off.
Legacy and new on one server
Run several PHP lines side by side and pick one per website, so a client's older application and the new build you are shipping share a server without a fight.
Security drift alerts
Agency licences watch every server for drift from the baseline and tell you when something changed behind ServerMaid's back, before a client's site is the one that finds out. Every server's state is also shown in your account: see below.
Remote Desktop from the office, home or a hotspot
Each server's Remote Desktop is open only to the addresses you list, with a note for each. Add a new location from one page, and an auto-revert timer means a mistake never locks you out of a client's server.
Reports you can hand over
Every build ends with a commissioning report: versions, baseline, controls, validation results. The health score explains every deduction in a sentence a client can read.
Priority support
Agency licences come with priority e-mail support from people who built the product, and free updates while you are subscribed.
See every client server at a glance
Ten client servers means ten places to log in to find out which one needs attention. With an Agency or Enterprise licence you do not have to. Each server running ServerMaid sends a short status to servermaid.com with its daily licence check: its health score, how many security-baseline settings have drifted and how many items need attention. Nothing else leaves the server: never website names, paths or addresses.
Your account then shows one line per server: Looks fine, Drifting, Needs attention or Not seen for a while. You can see across all your clients' servers which one needs a Repair, and which one has gone quiet, before a client tells you. Open ServerMaid on that server, press Repair, and the next daily check reports it fine again.
Packs of twelve beyond the top tier
Agency licences cover 3, 6 or 12 servers with every module included. Past twelve, add packs of twelve to the twelve-server tier, priced at the same per-server rate, so a growing agency never has to switch plan. Single-server licences, for the occasional client you host on the side, cover twelve months of modules and updates and renew yearly from the same account, at a reduced price, with the new year added to the current end date.

Copy ServerMaid and your licence to the new server's desktop, press BUILD MY SERVER. IIS, PHP, the database, firewall, baseline, backups: minutes, with live progress and a snapshot first.
Add the sites
One form per website: folders, application pool, database and account, pretty URLs for WordPress or a front-controller framework, and a free certificate*. Add a staging copy for review.
Hand over and keep watch
Send the commissioning report. From then on the health score, drift alerts and verified backups keep an eye on the server, and Repair puts anything right in one click.
Questions agencies ask
How does an agency licence work across servers?
One licence file, installed on each client server you run, up to the number of servers in your tier: 3, 6 or 12. Each server is activated with servermaid.com when the licence is installed. Move up a tier when you add clients.
What if a client's server is replaced or retired?
Write to support with your order reference and we free that slot for the new server the same day.
Can we put the client's name on it?
The licence is issued to your agency. The commissioning report and health reports are about the client's server and can be shared with them as they are.
What happens to client sites if we cancel?
Nothing. Every website, database, certificate renewal and backup schedule keeps running. ServerMaid becomes a read-only adviser on those servers until a licence is installed again; it never switches off anything a visitor depends on.
Do we still need a server specialist?
Not for the setup, the hardening, SSL, backups or the day-to-day upkeep. If you keep one, they get servers built to a baseline they can read and a report they can check.
Is there a bigger plan?
Yes. Enterprise covers unlimited servers with invoicing and a named contact. Email sales from the pricing page. Between twelve and unlimited, the twelve-server tier takes packs of twelve.
What does the per-server status in my account tell me?
Each server reports a health score, the number of security-baseline settings that have drifted and the number of items needing attention with its daily licence check. Your account shows that as Looks fine, Drifting, Needs attention or Not seen for a while. It never includes website names, folder paths or addresses, and the fix is still done on the server: open ServerMaid there and press Repair. Agency and Enterprise licences only.
Can we install WordPress for a client in one go?
Yes. Tick "Install WordPress (latest) into this site" on the add-website form. The current release is downloaded from wordpress.org, verified, connected to the site's own database user and hardened (file editor off, PHP refused in uploads, xmlrpc.php refused, admin over HTTPS, security releases installing themselves) before the client chooses their admin user.
